Hello, I recently found that your website is very professional regarding viruses and other aspects of cyber security. So, I wanted to ask you for some advice on how to get rid of this Locky virus that has taken all our files away from us. Of course, it was silly of me to download that funny attachment I received in my email!! My son says we cannot return our files but I still have hope there is a way to fix this. What I need to find out is how can we remove the virus and get out pictures and documents back.
