First of all, we are very sorry for your files. However, we do NOT recommend paying a ransom because there is no guarantee that, after getting your payment, cyber criminals will send you the right encryption key. In this case, you should better think about professional help. First of all, we recommend you to remove Cerber3 ransomware from your computer. For that, you can use FortectIntego. Then, you can try to restore your files. For that, you can try these recovery options:
A. Windows Previous Versions method
If System Restore feature has been enabled on your PC, follow this guide:
1. Find an encrypted file you need to restore and right-click on it;
2. Select "Properties" and go to "Previous versions" tab;
3. Here, check each of available copies of the file in "Folder versions". You should select the version you want to recover and click "Restore".
B. ShadowExplorer method
If Shadow volume copies haven't been removed by cyber criminals, you can use this method:
1. Download Shadow Explorer (http://shadowexplorer.com/);
2. Follow a Shadow Explorer Setup Wizard and install this application on your computer;
3. Launch the program and go thru the drop down menu on the top left corner to select the disk of your encrypted data. Check what folders are there;
4. Right-click on the folder you want to restore and select "Export". You can also select where you want it to be stored.
